Senior IT Systems Engineer

A fantastic career opportunity for a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join a Integral Tech Company, where you will work alongside the team in beautiful San Sebastian, Spain.

You will design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure, identity platforms, endpoint management solutions, and SaaS applications. 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, or similar roles.
~ Strong hands-on JAMF administration experience in a macOS-heavy environment.
~ Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
~ Expertise in endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and lifecycle management.
~ Advanced scripting and automation skills, with a track record of building scalable IT automation solutions.




~ Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.
~ Experience managing and optimizing macOS endpoints through enterprise MDM solutions.
~ Strong understanding of SaaS administration, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
~ Demonstrated ability to improve IT processes, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.
~ Strong customer-service mindset and experience supporting senior stakeholders and business-critical teams.
~ Proven ownership mentality, with the ability to lead projects from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.
~ Fluency in Spanish and English.
