OverviewThis role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making.What you'll doStrategic Finance & FP&APartner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economicsBuild and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cashLead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategyMove FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructureGTM OperationsPartner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignmentOwn the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal complianceBuild and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cashLegal, Contracting & ComplianceFormalize contracting, deal governance, and terms of service with LegalMaintain the right contract entities across global markets for tax efficiency and complianceData & ToolingIntegrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2B reportingChampion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceilingWho you are8–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces,
