Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of local employee and labor relations.
- Act as the HR point of contact for employee representatives.
- Support handling of sensitive situations in coordination with HR Lead Iberia.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate Prevention and Risk Prevention (PRL) training in Spain.

Requirements
- 6-8 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist or local HRBP roles.
- Solid, hands-on experience of Spanish individual and collective labor relations.
- Strong working knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
- Dynamic, cheerful colleague who enjoys teamwork.
- Native Spanish and good professional English level; Portuguese would be a great plus.
