Step into the dynamic world of Meetings & Events at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a 5-star luxury hotel where outstanding service and attention to detail create unforgettable moments. We are looking for an Events Concierge Trainee to join our team from September.

This internship is adecuado for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and event experiences. As part of our Events Team, you will be the main point of contact for guests and event organizers during conferences, meetings, and social events,



ensuring every experience runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations.

You will play a key role in delivering Hyatt’s commitment to personalized service by building strong relationships with clients, proactively responding to requests, and maintaining constant communication with operational departments throughout each event to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist event organizers, delegates, and guests throughout their event experience.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Ensure guest requests and event requirements are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain constant communication with Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, AV, Engineering, and other hotel departments throughout the event to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
