Alma is growing, and we are looking for three Waiters/Waitresses to join our international Front of House team in Fuengirola.
We are a Mediterranean restaurant by the sea with a warm, relaxed atmosphere and guests from all over the world. Our approach to service is professional but genuine: we want our guests to feel welcome, comfortable and looked after without making hospitality feel formal or forced.
Your role
- Welcoming and taking care of our guests throughout their experience at Alma
- Taking orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Serving food, wine and drinks
- Preparing and maintaining the restaurant for service
- Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams
- Keeping your section organised and running smoothly
- Helping the team wherever needed during busy services
Alma is a relatively small restaurant, so teamwork and flexibility are essential. We don’t believe in “that’s not my job” — when service gets busy, we help each other.
