At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable, and service‑driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Bar Sofia team on a full‑time basis.

What You Will Do

As Food & Beverage Supervisor – Bar Sofia,



you will support the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards, team engagement, and memorable guest experiences.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive, professional, and service‑oriented attitude at all times
- Organize and conduct pre‑shift briefings and departmental meetings, clearly communicating operational updates and service expectations
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction, taking immediate action when needed
- Drive team engagement, motivation, and performance through coaching and feedback
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and development
- Coordinate and support special events, promotions, and high‑profile functions within the bar and hotel
- Handle guest feedback and service rec
