Sales Manager- Personal CareMust be based in: SpainRemote with Regional TravelThis position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strong customer relationships within the assigned region.This is a strategic and hands-on sales leadership role, adecuado for someone with a proven track record in personal care actives and specialty ingredients, who thrives on building partnerships and uncovering new opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth for Personal Care Actives and related ingredients across assigned territories.- Identify, qualify, and secure new business with formulators, contract manufacturers, and brand owners.- Expand business opportunities and share of wallet with existing GPI/RNL customers.- Provide market intelligence and insights on emerging trends, technologies, and competitor activity.- Support the introduction of new products and active ingredients into the portfolio.- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and technical presentations.- Represent GPI at industry events, trade shows,
