- Define, design, and continuously improve end-to-end product data processes and related business use cases
- Translate business requirements into structured process definitions, functional specifications, and system implementation requirements
- Drive process harmonization, governance, and adoption across functions and regions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product data solutions
- Define test scenarios, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business process and system readiness
- Document process definitions, best practices, testing outcomes, and improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge documentation to support product data processes and tools
- Plan and deliver user training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities




- Support continuous improvement of product data tools, processes, and user adoption across the organization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in product data, process management, digital tools, ERP, PLM, MDM, or similar business system environments
- Strong understanding of product data lifecycles and end-to-end business processes across ERP, PLM, and related systems
- Experience translating business requirements into process definitions, use cases, and functional specifications
- Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong analytic
