As our Membership Growth Intern, you’ll support the team in growing our Membership in Barcelona. You’ll research local companies, communities and interesting profiles, help keep our CRM and pipeline up to date, and support outreach and Membership activations. You’ll get involved in different parts of the Growth process and work closely with the Membership team to find new opportunities and bring more people into the community.In Case You Don’t Know Who We AreKnown for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. prospectstatusand next steps- Support outreach to potential members and partners- HelporganiseMembership events,activationsand experiences- Follow up with prospects and participants after activations- Help the Membership teamidentifynew opportunities to grow the communityWhat You’ll Have- You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU- You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field- You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people- You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day- You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
