Jobtailor seeks an experienced revenue leader to drive bookings across the cluster and ensure consistent growth. You will enforce structured sales processes, coach teams, and improve forecast accuracy while partnering with CEOs and business leaders to optimize pricing, packaging, and ICP conversion.
You will work with executives to align commissions, contribute to quarterly plans, and oversee multi-entity SaaS revenue performance across Europe. Fluency in Spanish is required for the role.
