About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Construction Manager to join Nscale as the primary on-site representative for a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program.
This individual will be the single point of accountability for daily construction execution, contractor management, schedule adherence, and quality oversight across all project phases — from civil/structural through MEP rough-in, commissioning, and turnover.
The idóneo candidate brings a deep understanding of hyperscale or enterprise data center construction and can effectively bridge Nscale's strategic priorities with the day-to-day realities of an active construction site.
What You'll be Doing
- Provide full-time, on-site construction management on behalf of Nscale across all active work areas
- Serve as the primary interface between the General Contractor (GC), Nscale's project team, design team, and third-party vendors
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and morning coordination meetings with the GC, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor overall project schedule and proactively identify risks; elevate delays and drive mitigation strategies
