Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen OT security across global production environments to support Sartorius’ mission of advancing healthcare. You will partner with IT, OT engineering and production teams to design and improve security concepts, architectures and standards. You will manage vulnerability lifecycles for ICS/SCADA/IoT systems, perform risk analyses, and drive remediation in operational constraints. The position offers global impact, hands-on security implementation, and collaboration with SOC and external partners to ensure compliant, resilient operations. This role combines technical depth with cross-functional influence to safeguard critical industrial systems.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop, implement and improve OT security concepts, architectures and standards globally
- Own the OT vulnerability management lifecycle from identification to remediation tracking
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses for industrial systems and define mitigations
- Establish continuous vulnerability monitoring and remediation processes with production and engineering
- Integrate OT systems into existing IT security frameworks and monitoring
- Collaborate with SOC to ensure OT monitoring, detection and response
- Serve as central interface between IT security, OT engineering and production
- Support incident response for OT-related threats and remediation
- Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIS2,



ISO 27001 and related standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and contribute to OT security solution evaluations
- Document security architectures, processes and implemented controls for audit readinessResponsabilidades
- Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or comparable field
- Several years of professional IT security experience, with OT/industrial focus preferred
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT network technologies and protocols
- Experience with industrial systems (ICS, SCADA, IoT) and OT security challenges
- Hands-on with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and network segmentation
- Familiarity with OT security platforms (e.G. Claroty, Nozomi, Defender for IoT) is advantageous
- Understanding of security frameworks/regulatory requirements (IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO)
- Experience in incident response and vulnerability management is a plus
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
