We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.? Work Mode: On-Site? Employment Type: B2B/ Freelance Contract? Job Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls- Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN- Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities- Ensure network security and follow best practices- Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues- Maintain network documentation and update configurations- Log, track,



and resolve incidents through the ticketing system- Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors- Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements?️ Required Skills & Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)- Basic knowledge of network security principles- Experience with VPN and remote access technologies- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems- Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills- Good communication and customer-handling skills- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
