- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Horizontal in partnership with the CPO and broader leadership team- Drive customer-centric product innovation focused on growth, retention, and monetization across buyer and seller journeys- Lead AI transformation for the horizontal domain- Lead incubation, development, and transition to a fully agentic horizontal marketplace- Lead a product organization of around 15 people, emphasizing experimentation, documentation, and upstream opportunity discovery- Work with engineering and commercial teams across markets to align product development with business priorities- Identify and execute strategic opportunities, including monetization levers, cross-market improvements, and long-term category positioning- Establish and scale product thinking and execution best practices- Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers and product leaders- Partner with senior finance, commercial, and other stakeholders to build consensus around strategy and priorities- Act as a thought partner to product and business leaders shaping OLX’s future- Report to the Chief Product OfficerRequirements- Proven experience leading product teams in online B2C/B2C2C environments, ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds- Experience with two-sided marketplaces serving consumer buyers and sellers- Strong hands-on product management background and experience working closely with engineers and commercial stakeholders- Several years of experience hiring, growing,
