Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural Customer Service team in Barcelona
This is a complex role, which means you need to be organized, communicative and able to interact with different stakeholders (customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives).




Your primary focus will be managing and processing sales quotations while taking ownership of the customer journey throughout the complete quote-to-cash process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial request through delivery and payment.
Managing customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, for example:
Order creation based on input from clients and field sales representatives
Input and tracking of repair and calibration requests
Managing product changes, exchanges, or returns
Monitoring end-to-end order process status and ensuring timely closure
Resolving questions related to invoicing requirements, contract administration, and lease management
Interfacing with a variety of different parties, including customers, sales teams, logistics, manufacturing, and service technicians, to efficiently execute customer requests
Resolving problems by applying established policies, procedures, and best pra
