With more than 100 professionals and over 500 alternative investment funds (AIF) on our platform we are today the leading third‑party AIFM in private funds space in Luxembourg.We are currently looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the due diligences focused on delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors.Job Specification- Support due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on the delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors, including questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs and SOC reports- Monitor the deadlines set for completing the due diligence questionnaires- Prepare the assessment report on service providers and elevate key findings to the Head of PMO- Assist with the update of the key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboard- Prepare the on-site and/or remote sessions on the delegated Portfolio Managers to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or on-going subjects of interest- Prepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelines- Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework- Support with ad hoc projects.Required Qualifications- Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar- Strong written and verbal communication in English- Strong commercial awareness- Strong analytical skills- High attention to detail, critical thinking and common sense- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines- Proficiency in MS Office (esp.
