- Define and execute the sourcing strategy, category optimization initiatives, and supplier management activities for the PP/PE resin portfolio across assigned Amcor sites in EMEA- Develop and execute resin category strategy aligned with the regional and general purchasing strategy- Conduct in depth market analysis to identify trends, lead long term sourcing strategy opportunities- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for the category/supplier- Track and report savings, monitor TCO improvement and working capital improvement- Enhance supplier relationships through innovative negotiation techniques- Collaborate strongly with relevant departments to ensure understanding and compliance with key purchasing strategiesRequirements- Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree preferred- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Procurement and category management- Must have experience in commodity procurement (Polymers, steel, agricultural etc)- Proficient in strategic sourcing,
