Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support during project implementation (commissioning, validation, and handover)
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real environments
Execute product testing, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical validations




Deliver technical training to clients and system integrators
Coordinate with internal teams (support, pre-sales, sales, product, and R&D;) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with customer needs
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and documentation
Support technical customizations and project-specific adaptations
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field)
High level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Catalan is a plus (especially for local customer interaction)
Experience in technical support or implementation of technology projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations xiphteb
