As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that equipment, components and processes meet HUBMASTER quality requirements, applicable technical standards and customer specifications.
The position will have a strong focus on manufacturing quality across our supplier network, while also supporting the development and continuous improvement of the company's internal quality processes.
Key responsibilities
Define and maintain quality requirements for outsourced manufacturing, purchased components and project-specific equipment.
Review technical drawings, specifications,



bills of materials and manufacturing documentation from a quality perspective.
Prepare and manage quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), inspection checklists and acceptance criteria.
Monitor supplier manufacturing processes and verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate and perform inspections at suppliers' facilities, including dimensional, visual, welding, coating, assembly and functional inspections.
Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and ensure that findings are documented and resolved before shipment.
Review material certificates, welding records, inspection reports, calibration certificates and other manufacturing quality documentation.
Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses and corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
Evaluate, qualify and periodically audit suppliers based on their technical capabilities and quality performanc
