GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In the Business Process Excellence department, we work for the improvement of the business areas in the following way:
Design and define the business processes.
Define and set the policies that participate in them
Digitalize and automate them
Thanks to this internship you will be able to participate in the digitalization and automation of business processes across different departments and regions. You will have the opportunity to gain a transversal view of the entire business and learn about some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the digital era.
The candidate's university must be able to sign an internship agreement with the company.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
This internship is focused on the digitization and automation of processes, for which you will have to:
Work together with other business areas and learn from their day to day
Design or rethink their processes
Define their processes from a business and a technology point of view
Reduce the gap between business and technology by proposing digital and automation solutions




Establish the project cycle by setting needs, objectives, deadlines and plan
Design the architecture of the technological solution (from data to front-end)
Develop the technological solution
Test the solution until the set result is obtained
Document the project process and the solution
Present the results, and teach the business how to use the solution.
Work on the maintenance and improvement of the solutions created.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Graduate in computer, industrial, telecommunications, any similar engineering or pure science (mathematics or physics). Studies in data analytics & management will be considered.
LANGUAGES
Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
No professional experience required.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (C++, Python, Java...).
Knowledge in Relational Data Models and SQL.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Knowledge in BPM solutions
