- Provide technical leadership for investigations and resolution of complex customer complaints and product quality issues across the Digital Solutions portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and integral affiliates to deliver timely root-cause analyses
- Enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
- Identify trends from field experience and customer feedback to drive proactive quality improvements




- Collaborate with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working across the Digital Solutions ChapterResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership within cloud-based and distributed software environments
- Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations
- Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions
- Passion for coaching engineers and developing technical communities through mentorship
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels
