We are hiring an experienced LIMS SampleManager Consultant/Specialist with strong expertise in Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS to support laboratory informatics initiatives within regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
Must-Have Skills
- Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS (Mandatory)
- Laboratory Informatics / Laboratory Systems
- GxP & FDA Compliance Knowledge
- User Management & Master Data Management

Experience Required
- 8-12 years of IT/Application Support experience
- Hands-on experience with SampleManager LIMS
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, QC, Manufacturing, or R&D; environments
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
- Experience troubleshooting, system support, and business-user engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer SampleManager LIMS environments
- Configure applications, users, workflows, and master data
- Troubleshoot incidents and application issues
- Support integrations with ELN, ERP, and laboratory instruments
- Ensure compliance with GxP and FDA regulations
- Participate in ITIL-driven incident, change, and problem management
