About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Sales Representative to support the expansion of its franchise network across Spain and Italy . This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally recognized brand and play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and converting new franchise partners.
The successful candidate will manage the full franchise sales cycle, from handling inbound enquiries to guiding prospective franchisees through the evaluation and decision-making process. This is a consultative sales role requiring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to discuss business ownership and investment opportunities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and qualify inbound franchise enquiries from Spain and Italy.
Conduct discovery calls and online presentations with prospective franchise partners.
Build strong relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.
Assess candidates against the franchise criteria and provide guidance on the business opportunity.




Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Follow up with prospects to drive engagement and conversion.
Represent the company at franchise exhibitions, discovery days, and other recruitment events.
Attend occasional site visits and meetings when required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.
Achieve franchise sales targets while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
Italiano speaker.
Currently living and/or working in Spain, preferably in Barcelona or Madrid .
Fluent in Italiano, Spanish, and English .
Previous experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, business development, franchise sales, or a similar commercial role .
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to closing.
