We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer to support strategic OEM and eSIM projects. This role will act as a key technical interface between customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and support of innovative connectivity solutions.
As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting OEMs, ODMs,



and strategic partners by providing technical consultancy, product expertise, project coordination, and customer support across the eSIM and iSE ecosystem.
What will you do?
Support OEMs, ODMs, and partners with technical consultancy and training related to eSIM/eUICC solutions.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with strategic customers and partners.
Manage licensed product deliveries, including configuration, validation, technical documentation, and customer support.
Coordinate proof of concepts, demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, OEM Sales, Technical Consultants, PMO, and Operations teams.
Support pre-sales activities such as RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations.
Provide post-sales technical support and act as the main technical point of contact for customers.
