In a nutshell
We are looking for a Robotics & Automation Engineer who is driven by real-time sys-tems, complex automation challenges, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative engineering..
What you will be doing
- Designing and implementing software solutions for robotic and PLC-driven systems
- Contributing to the development of a high-performance, real-time control environment
- Working closely with 3D simulation, HMI,



and backend services teams
- Participating in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and hands-on coding
- Supporting agile rituals and driving engineering quality, maintainability, and collaboration.
- Participate in technical discussions around architecture, implementation, performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver real impact for our customers.

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or related field
- Strong experience in real-time systems, robotics, or industrial automation
- Proficient programming in PLC systems and robotic controllers
- Familiarity with C#, WPF, and modern frontend frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Team spirit, ownership and willingness to continuously learn.
