At Capitole, we are looking for an AI Engineer to join an exciting international project within a leading German automotive company.
You will play a key role in the evolution of conversational and agentic AI solutions,



driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and ensuring their successful integration into a global enterprise environment.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Design and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT guidelines.
- Lead proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
- Identify and develop new conversational and agentic AI use cases with general business teams.
- Drive platform adoption and promote AI best practices across the organization.
- Manage relationships with technology providers and delivery partners.
- Ensure quality standards, technical governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead integrations between AI solutions and the enterprise ecosystem.
