Hays is partnering with a leading retail company to appoint a General Manager based in Valencia.This is a high-impact leadership role that will play a key part in accelerating business growth, strengthening commercial performance, and shaping the future of the organization in Spain.Key Responsibilities- Lead the Buying & Marketing organization in Spain and drive commercial performance across key categories.- Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and customer frequency.- Analyze the current organization, identify capability gaps and build a stronger, more effective team.- Lead supplier relationships, category strategy, assortment decisions and commercial planning.- Ensure strong alignment between Buying,
