Experteer Overview
As a Demand Fulfillment Planner, you translate demand signals into executable supply and fulfillment plans to ensure reliable product availability. You work at the center of the supply chain, aligning Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to balance service, inventory and cost. You contribute to IBP and Su0026amp;OP processes and support product lifecycle events. This role offers visibility across functions and a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and maintain 0–36 month demand forecasts using market trends, historical data and statistical models
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with Commercial stakeholders to build consensus forecasts
• Identify and close gaps between financial plans and demand plans
• Translate demand plans into feasible supply and fulfillment plans; monitor performance and manage exceptions (shortages, delays, excess)
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks and disruptions; coordinate allocation and escalation of issues
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, IQV, expiry risks,



and collaborate with production planning to balance service and inventory
• Prepare and lead Demand Review and Market Review meetings; present demand changes, risks, and lifecycle events
• Own planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, inventory health) and provide data-driven insights for governance and IBP/Su0026OP processes
• Maintain high-quality planning master data and system integrity; manage planning parameters and governance cycles
• Utilize planning tools (SAP S/4HANA, IBP, APO) effectively and drive continuous process improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree or proven equivalent in a related business concentration
• 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management environment
• Self-starter, independent worker with a collaborative mindset
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Office
