Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the EMEA portfolio strategy and drive long-term portfolio evolution in collaboration with regional and global teams. You will shape executive recommendations on investments, partnerships, and prioritisation to maximise value across current and pipeline assets. You’ll lead regional new product planning and act as the main strategic interface for priority assets, balancing market needs, evidence generation, and commercial perspectives. The position offers scope to influence global strategy with regional insights and to advance patient-focused growth across EMEA.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Partner with Franchise, Finance, Market Access and Global teams to assess portfolios and inform investment priorities and evolution across EMEA
• Lead assessment of external opportunities (partnerships, licensing) for portfolio fit and value creation
• Oversee regional new product planning for priority assets, aligning development with market needs and commercial strategies
• Serve as the primary EMEA strategic interface for priority assets, influencing Global asset strategies with regional requirements




• Act as strategic advisor to EMEA leadership and Global stakeholders on portfolio strategy and growth opportunities
• Lead portfolio governance processes and decision forums with robust analysis and enterprise-wide perspective

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Economics, or related field
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry
• Experience in portfolio strategy, strategic planning, business development or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle (development, evidence, commercialization, market access)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Experience working across Global, regional, and local market organisations
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability and business acumen
• Ability to translate market insights into portfolio recommendations balancing strategy, commercial and patient value
