What you will do
Own the technical delivery of AI agent deployments at banks, from first scoping conversation to stable production
Build the integration layer for each client, whether the deployment is API-based,



in a private cloud, or on-premise
Work directly with bank engineering, security, and operations teams
Turn every client-specific solution into a reusable component, so the next deployment is faster than the last
Tune agent behavior to each client's operational reality, then measure whether it reduced their workload
Carry what you learn in the field back to product and engineering, because you will see the gaps first
What you need
4+ years of experience as a software engineer, forward deployed engineer, or solutions engineer
English proficiency required
Strong TypeScript and SQL, and comfort working across the stack when a deployment needs it
Experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry
Comfort with different deployment models, including API-based, private cloud, and on-premise
Comfort in front of clients: you can run a technical working ses
