At Capitole, we're partnering with one of our clients in the industrial sector to strengthen their HR IT team. We're looking for a

Junior SAP HCM Consultant

eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

What's the challenge? You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving

SAP HCM

solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization. This role combines

functional consulting ,

SAP configuration ,

basic ABAP knowledge , stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

✨ You'll be working on: Supporting

SAP HCM

incidents and business requests. Configuring

Personnel Administration (PA) ,

Payroll (PY)

and

Time Management (PT) . Participating in

functional testing , validations and production releases. Creating functional and technical documentation. Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What we're looking for: ✅ Experience or academic background in

SAP HCM ✅ Knowledge of

Personnel Administration (PA) ✅ Understanding of

Payroll (PY)

and





Time Management (PT) ✅ Basic

ABAP

knowledge ✅ Good communication with business users ✅ English level

B2

or above

Nice to have: ⭐ SAP SuccessFactors ⭐ SAP Fiori ⭐ SAP CPI, S/4HANA or Organizational Management
