WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware platforms in enterprise environments.
Manage Windows Server administration, upgrades, migrations and patching activities.
Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines and host infrastructure.
Support Windows Failover Clustering, DFS and File Services.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
Execute change, problem, request and configuration management activities following ITIL processes.
Coordinate maintenance activities, platform upgrades and infrastructure changes.
Mentor L1/L2 teams and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5+ years of experience as a Windows & VMware Administrator in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and VMware infrastructure management.
Experience with server builds, upgrades, migrations, patching and vulnerability remediation.
Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of Windows Clustering, DFS and File Services.
Experience working within ITIL-based support models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional level of English.
WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
Office attendance: 3 days per week
