System Integration Manager (SIM)Dematic is looking for a System Integration Manager (SIM) based in Madrid, Spain, to provide operational and technical project support to the Spanish team across its project portfolio. The role will be responsible for ensuring the successful technical delivery of automation systems from project execution through to final acceptance, ensuring they meet technical, throughput, quality, and customer requirements.The SIM will continuously assess system performance against customer needs, proactively identify and resolve potential issues, and drive corrective actions when required.Tasks and QualificationsThe SIM is responsible for technical delivery of system that meets Dematic as sold requirements focussing on ensuring throughput and accepting testing requirements are met. Assessment throughout the project whether the system continues to meet the customer’s needs and escape if required. This may drive internal changes, or variation scope to customer. The SIM must minimise Non‑Conformance Cost in areas under their control or influence.
