Juanes@Red - Salesforce Business Analyst – Long Term – Hybrid (Barcelona).
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a global project.
This role is scheduled to start in August or September.
Working Model: Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona.
Specific skills/experience required:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
- Strong hands-on functional expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud (and exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds like Sales or Experience).
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specs, user stories, and solution designs.
- Experience running solution workshops, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and supporting UAT.
- Experience working alongside technical teams, external vendors, and distributed general stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
