It is not an operational or executive role!ProfileWe are looking for a highly experienced senior executive with a proven track record in one or more of the following positions:- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)- Chief Information Officer (CIO)- Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)- Technology Director- Senior IT or Cybersecurity ExecutiveRequirements- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in technology and/or information security.- Extensive knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity,



operational resilience and technology risk management.- Experience working within regulated financial institutions, fintech, banking or digital assets is highly desirable.- Previous Board or Board Committee experience would be an advantage.- Strong understanding of corporate governance and strategic decision-making.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance to the Board on technology and cybersecurity matters.- Challenge and oversee technology-related risks from a governance perspective.- Support the Board in ensuring robust technology governance and operational resilience.- Participate in Board meetings and contribute to key strategic decisions.
