Experteer Overview
As Cyberdefense Product Owner at AXA GO, you will lead a team of technical SMEs to define and deliver a clear product vision aligned with security and compliance priorities. You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with security, IT, and business units to maximize value. You will drive Agile ceremonies, ensure proper acceptance criteria, and translate strategic goals into actionable items while promoting transparency and continuous improvement. This role offers impact across AXA’s security operations and cloud security initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with Product Manager, stakeholders, and end-users
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, risk, and compliance
• Engage with security, IT, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and reflect them in the backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with SCRUM master support
• Define clear acceptance criteria and validate deliverables against security and compliance needs
• Support Product Manager by translating goals into backlog items and ensuring timely delivery
• Promote transparency with regular progress, risks, and dependency updates
• Foster collaboration and motivate a team of technical SMEs, removing blockers
• Enhance product understanding among team and stakeholders to embed security considerations in prioritization
• Measure and analyze product performance via KPIs and feedback for improvements
• Advocate for the product internally and externally, outlining future roadmap initiatives
• Team structure: support the Product Manager as PO within a team of 4 FTE LOA and 3–6 on strategic projects
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, especially vulnerability management and security operations
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar Agile role with backlog management and roadmaps
• Ability to understand technical security concepts and prioritize features for technical teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to translate business needs
• Leadership to guide and motivate a team of technical SMEs in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with security tools (Kenna, Tenable, Qualys, Vulcan, Hackuity) and standards (CIS benchmarks, NIST, NIS2) is advantageous
• Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO) highly desirable
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Post-graduate degree in IT or related IS Security; AGILE certifications desirable; CISSP/CCSP recommended
