WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead the full GCC lifecycle — from strategy and business case origination through design, set-up, operationalisation, and continuous transformation.- Act as a C-suite advisor (CFO, CHRO, COO, CTO), shaping decisions on GCC scope, operating model, governance, and AI-enabled reinvention.- Design and implement AI-first GCC capabilities — embedding intelligence agents, applied analytics, and next-gen technologies from Day One.- Lead GCC set-up programmes: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center powered by Reinvention AI.- Drive transformation programmes: GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling for an AI-led future.- Shape new client opportunities, contributing to business development and thought leadership.- Build and coach high-performing delivery teams; develop junior talent and foster a culture of learning.
