At HP SCDS, we're building a brand-new team and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us as a founding member. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of how our teams work by designing and developing innovative software solutions that drive transformation and modernization. Based in León, you'll play a key role in defining the architecture, technology stack, and technical direction of a high-impact initiative from day one.

What will you do?
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and well-architected software solutions.
- Apply data architecture best practices and software design patterns to create maintainable and efficient systems.
- Integrate existing AI models into business applications to optimize internal processes and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Contribute to technical decision-making,



helping define the team's architecture and technology stack.
- Ensure high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Actively participate in building a new team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, data architecture principles, and design patterns.
- Experience integrating AI models or AI-powered capabilities within software solutions.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
