Senior Manager – Global Quote-to-Cash ProcessLocation: Barcelona Hybrid - 3 days per week in officeRevise detenidamente toda la documentación de la solicitud antes de hacer clic en el botón de solicitar al final de esta descripción.We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Global Quote-to-Cash Process to shape and drive the global Quote-to-Cash agenda across business units and regions.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect process strategy, transformation and execution—driving harmonisation, standardisation, governance and measurable business improvement across a complex global organisation.What You’ll DoOwn the global Quote-to-Cash process vision, design principles and governance.Lead process mapping and future-state design aligned to S/4HANA and fit-to-standard principles.Translate cross-business priorities into a clear, value-focused improvement roadmap.Drive process harmonisation and adoption across regions, channels and business segments.Monitor process performance and adherence, identifying opportunities for corrective action and continuous improvement.Use KPIs, customer impact and business value to prioritise improvement initiatives.Lead cross-functional efficiency initiatives, particularly across Billing & Credit.Manage governance updates, escalations,
