We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile product environment
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and cross-functional team collaboration
- Solid understanding of digital product development and performance metrics
- Strong Agile mindset, with proven experience in enabling agility within cross-functional teams
- Confidence in managing complex stakeholders and cross-team dependencies
- Good understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Willingness to step outside the comfort zone and adapt to new challenges

About the Team You Will Support

- Operating within a SAFe framework




- Scrum team of ~18 members across 4 locations (distributed setup)
- Responsible for multiple product touchpoints
- Working in a high-pressure environment with strategic topics, leadership visibility, and evolving operational demands
- Frequent context switching (typically every 1–2 sprints)

Team Expectations

- Act as a servant leader and coach, enabling the team to continuously improve and deliver against PI objectives
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Proactively identify impediments and drive resolution within the team and at ART level
- Support effective dependency management and alignment with other teams in the Value Stream
- Drive data-informed improvements (e.g. flow metrics, predictability, retrospectives, RCA outcomes)
