OneTalent is recruiting a IT Business Partner – Manufacturing | SAP PP/QM/PM for the IT Organization of a leading international FMCG group with more than 7,000 employees across 30+ countries.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager within the Core Applications organization, you will act as the key IT partner for Manufacturing and Operations, helping plants improve, digitalize and automate their processes through technology.

This is a transversal role combining business partnering, project management, application support and team coordination, with exposure to major transformation projects across an international manufacturing footprint.

?Your Mission

Act as a trusted technology partner for Manufacturing and Operations, understanding plant processes and business needs and translating them into reliable and scalable technology solutions.

Working closely with Plant Directors, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and IT teams, you will coordinate internal stakeholders and external technology partners to successfully deliver projects while ensuring the smooth operation of existing solutions.

You will also act as a change agent, helping standardize, digitalize and improve processes across Purchasing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

✍️What You Will Do

a) Business Partnering & Project Management

- Act as the key IT partner for Manufacturing and Operations stakeholders, from Plant Directors to shopfloor key users.
- Understand end-to-end Operations processes, from purchasing and planning through manufacturing, quality, traceability and logistics.
- Gather and challenge business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Lead SAP and non-SAP projects from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, priorities, risks, stakeholders and delivery.
- Coordinate external technology partners responsible for solution development and implementation.
- Drive adoption of new systems and ways of working across manufacturing sites.

b) Applications & Manufacturing Systems

- Ensure the reliable operation of applications supporting Manufacturing and Operations.
- Coordinate Application Management partners and support the resolution of complex functional issues.
- Work extensively with SAP PP, QM and PM and their integration with Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain.




- Understand and oversee integrations between SAP and external manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with Systems, Cybersecurity and Industrial IT/OT teams when required.
- Participate in Manufacturing digitalization initiatives, including MES and the Group’s upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation.

c) Team Coordination

- Coordinate and support three IT Plant Managers across different manufacturing sites.
- Help align local plant needs with Group IT priorities and standards.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across plants.

Previous formal people-management experience is valued but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with leadership potential who could progressively assume broader responsibilities.

We are looking for an IT professional who combines a strong understanding of Manufacturing processes with solid SAP knowledge, project management capabilities and excellent business partnering skills.

You understand how a factory operates, can speak the language of Operations and are able to translate business challenges into technology initiatives.

You will not be expected to configure or develop solutions yourself: most projects are delivered with specialized external partners. However, you should have enough functional and technical understanding to challenge providers, guide projects and ensure successful delivery.

⚒️Required Experience & Skills

- Around 7+ years of experience in IT roles related to Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and plant processes.
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP PP, QM and PM.
- Experience managing IT projects in Manufacturing or Operations environments.
- Understanding of SAP interfaces and integrations with external systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills,



comfortable interacting from shopfloor users to senior Operations leaders.
- Ability to work in international, multi-site and multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- SAP LE / EWM knowledge.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- MES experience.
- Exposure to IT/OT integration.
