Job Role: Product Owner
Location: Bucharest, Romania,
Hybrid work – 3 days to be at onsite.
Contract role
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, sales compensation, sales enablement, platform delivery, and cross-functional program coordination.
Skills: The candidate must have strong knowledge of Sales Compensation rules, including New vs. Renewal, Quota, and Credit processes. The role requires hands-on understanding of the WXP platform, including Customer Master, Product Master, and Subscription modules. The candidate should also have experience with WXP-led sales enablement, transactional upfront billing, SFDC MDM integration for credit accuracy,



MSP entitlement flows, partner tier management, dual-program backlog management, and cross-vendor coordination.
- CRM ecosystem – Salesforce
- Sales Compensation rules
- Customer Master, Product Master, and Subscription modules
- SFDC MDM integration for credit accuracy
- Contractual and transactional flows such as BRIM, Tera, and Apollo
- MSP entitlement flows

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Product Ownership, Agile/Scrum, Salesforce, Sales Operations, or enterprise platform management are preferred. xqbhyrx
