Experteer Overview
Join the Workday Success Plans team to help customers maximize value from Workday applications post go-live. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding configuration, answering how-to questions, and demonstrating Workday features. You’ll focus on Workforce Planning and Financial Planning topics, including Adaptive Planning, data integrations, and reporting. Deliver micro-consulting, accelerator webinars, and tenant reviews to drive feature adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape adoption programs and stay current with industry practices.

• Deliver services to customers with targeted micro-consulting engagements; research questions and Workday concepts
• Provide configuration guidance and product demonstrations to customers
• Troubleshoot and optimize customer configurations to meet business requirements
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Offer one-on-one consulting to accelerate adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification,

• Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with clear optimization opportunities
• Support deployments including full feature rollout of Workday features

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
• 5 years of IT implementation experience
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a huge plus
• Ability to troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems
• Strong ability to distill complex Workday concepts for customers
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
