You will act as a key bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud-based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.High english level is required.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinementEnsure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business prioritiesMaintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test casesProduce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria)Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution designDevelop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirementsTrack requirements progress, quality, risks, and readinessManage change requests and perform impact analysisCollaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teamsSupport solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure-based architecturesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI-driven capabilitiesSupport testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutionsMandatory requirements:5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst and/or Business AnalystStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation,
