What you'll do

- Deploy,operate, and maintaincontainerized platformsusing Docker andKubernetes.

- Supportand evolveCI/CD pipelinesused by multiple teams across thecompany.

- Operateand supportcloud environments(AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

- Act asacross-functional DevOps partner, helping teams adopt best practicesin deployment, automation, and reliability.

- Improvemonitoring,logging, and observabilityto ensure system stability and fastincident detection.

- Supportproduction environments and contribute toincident resolution andpost-mortem analysis.

Requirements

- +4years of experiencein a DevOps Engineering role.

- Hands-onexperience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOpsusing Terraform, Helm, Kustomize and ArgoCD or Flux.

- Hands-onexperience withDocker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledgeof secure software development, OAuth2/OIDC, secrets management,Kubernetes security, secure API design and cloud security best practices.

- Strongunderstanding of cloud networking, IAM, load balancing, DNS, storage andsecurity concepts across Azure and GCP.

- Experienceimplementing and operating metrics, logs and distributed tracing usingtools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or equivalent.

- Hands-onexperience with production operations, monitoring, logging,



distributedtracing, incident response and reliability practices.

- Hands-onexperience designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines forautomated build, testing and deployment.

- EnglishlevelB2 or higher.

- Experiencewithmonitoring and observability tools.

- Backgroundintelecommunicationsor exposure to large-scale,high-availability environmentsis a plus.

- Experiencesupportingmultiple teams or productsin a shared platform role.
