Experteer Overview
As Cybersecurity Expert, you will lead the technical evolution of AXA’s global WAAP/DDoS protection program. You’ll assess and migrate WAAP and DDoS solutions, collaborate with global teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. You drive incident handling, policy validation, and security dashboards to improve protection. This role offers tangible impact by shaping a scalable cybersecurity product for AXA Group and its entities.

• Define and drive the technical strategy for migrating and deploying WAAP and DDoS solutions across AXA entities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
• Assess security posture, identify gaps, and implement improvements aligned with global cybersecurity standards
• Support product evolution to meet AXA Group security needs
• Produce incident reports and coordinate with vendors on service requests and issue resolution
• Coordinate global entity meetings to align security efforts
• Analyze logs and security data to detect threats and improve posture




• Create KPIs and dashboards to monitor security effectiveness and compliance
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with standards
• Develop onboarding and roadmap documentation for entity onboarding and migration
• Deliver high-level and low-level design documents and security reviews

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience managing WAAP/WAAP and DDoS protection in large enterprises
• Hands-on experience with Akamai or equivalent solutions
• Migration project leadership from planning to post-deployment support
• Strong collaboration with general teams and vendors for standards and incident resolution
• Ability to validate and enhance DDoS (L7) and WAF configurations
• Proactive incident management and security policy validation
• Experience in log analysis and security dashboard design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams
