? IT Project Manager | Digital Transformation & IT Infrastructure

Are you a driven IT Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget? We're looking for an experienced IT PM to lead strategic initiatives across our organization — from ERP implementations to infrastructure rollouts and digital transformation programs.

What You'll Do

?️ Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management

- Own end-to-end IT project delivery: from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-deployment support
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
- Apply ITIL methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

? Digital Transformation & ERP

- Lead ERP implementation and migration projects (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Coordinate system integrations and software development deliverables

? Planning, Budget & Reporting

- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Monitor KPIs and produce regular status reports for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively

? Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with vendors,



external partners, and internal departments
- Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams

- Jira | GLPI | MS Project | Azure DevOps | SAP | Microsoft Dynamics

What We're Looking For

✅ 10+ years of experience in IT project management across diverse industries

✅ Strong background in software development, infrastructure, and ERP projects

✅ Proficiency in ITIL methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2 a plus)

✅ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models

✅ ?️ English — spoken and written (working language)

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across departments

✅ Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
