As Program Manager, you lead the Transformation stream of the DCR AI Operations programme, turning strategic AI and automation ambitions into a deliverable roadmap. You will establish the governance and operating model, align stakeholders, and drive value realization through pilots and scale deployment. You’ll coordinate multi-workstream delivery in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, shaping how the organisation adopts AI and digital capabilities. This role offers impact at scale within Schneider Digital, contributing to a more sustainable world.

• Lead the Transformation stream and oversee end-to-end programme delivery
• Set up the programme operating model and governance, including roles, decision rights, RACI, and org design
• Establish governance cadence from operational reviews to executive steering
• Define programme KPIs aligned to the value framework and track milestones for H2 2026
• Coordinate AI use case portfolio, prioritize high-value cases from a 120-case inventory
• Manage cross-functional interdependencies, proactively resolving blockers and resource constraints
• Build relationships with DCR domain SPOCs, BU VPs, and capability leaders; act as communication bridge




• Oversee delivery plan across Foundation Setup, Pilot Validation, and Deployment at scale
• Coordinate end-to-end pilot execution and consolidate lessons into Phase 3 playbooks
• Staff priority roles and develop operating model docs, decision frameworks, and reusable playbooks for scaling

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Programme/Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting
• Proven track record running complex, multi-workstream programmes in a large matrixed organisation
• Experience in AI, automation, or digital platform adoption programmes (preferred)
• Strong familiarity with governance frameworks, organisational design, and change management
• Ability to operate from strategy to hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment
• Multicultural, international environment experience preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Business or Engineering Degree
