At BDO Digital & Tech, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across international B2B markets.

What you'll do
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, Linked In, events, and networking.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.

Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools.

What we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles.




Experience in B2B prospecting and demand generation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
English C1 or above (mandatory).
Spanish and additional European languages are a plus.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
