Experienced Project Manager · WXP + Sales Comp + RIS SW CRM++ & Sales AutomationWe are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across Partner and Retail portfolios, including WXP Ecosystem Hardening, Sales Compensation WXP Partner Monthly Billing automation, and RIS Retail CRM enablement. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to coordinate complex, multi-stream software delivery initiatives with global teams, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple concurrent initiativesSupport PI planning, sprint tracking, release readiness, and hypercare cadence aligned with Agile/SAFe practicesMaintain RAID logs, surface risks and issues early, and drive mitigation with cross-functional teamsCoordinate co-funded delivery streams and partner governance, particularly with LCS Retail leadershipManage vendor and contractor onboarding/offboarding, SOX compliance, and resource allocationReport status regularly to program leadership and governance bodies, ensuring transparency and alignmentDrive continuous improvement in PMO practices, Jira hygiene, TestRail adoption, and stakeholder engagementQualifications:7+ years of project and delivery management experience within Salesforce (SFDC) and partner ecosystem environmentsDomain knowledge in Sales Compensation, Partner Monthly Billing,
